MILESTONES ACHIEVED 1Mast. Nithin V. of Class VIII of this Vidyalaya participated in the 3rd National Bio- Technology Olympiad held on 15th January,2009 and won GOLD MEDAL. 2 MANEESH K Master Maneesh K is a model student of the Vidyalaya. He was the student Secretary of CCA in the session 2007-08. He stood I in the All India Senior School Certificate Examination 2008 in KVS, Commerce Stream.In the various activities organised by KVS he excelled and made his mark. He stood II in the Hindi Recitation Competition in Chennai Region.In the English One Act play conducted in connection with NAEP, he was adjudged as the Best Actor.He has the niche of a budding writer. Not only in academics but also in sports and games he led from the front. He was totally involved in the Football game. KIRAN R The school topper of AISSE 2007-08.He secured IV position in the same in the Chennai Region and VII position in the All India Level.Brilliant in academics,actively participating in quiz competitions. MANJUSHA C.R. A new record is established for the first time in the history of Kendriya Vidyalaya, Ottapalam in the All India Senior Secondary Certificate Examination in Commerce stream held in March, 2006 by the student Miss. Manjusha C.R. after becoming an All India topper in K.V.S, New Delhi. Her father, Mr. Madhavan C.R. who is serving in Indian Railway as Passenger Guard in Palakkad Division and the mother, Usha.K, a house wife are the real source of motivation behind the child’s achievement. Miss. Manjusha C.R. has been the dazzling star of the Vidyalaya uniformly in all the Academic and Co-curricular activities. She has scored 485/500 in AISSCE 2006 ( XII) and had also stood First in AISSE (X) examinations held in March 2004 by scoring 480/500 a record not broken so far. Miss Manjusha C.R. has also cleared group mathematical Olympiad with 17th rank conducted at K.V. JNU, New Delhi and was selected for INMO ( International Mathematical Olympiad). The Principal and the staff of K.V. Ottapalam are very proud of Miss Manjusha C.R. on her success after success. She has presently joined B.Com with C.A in PSGR Krishnammal College, Coimbatore.
